*All bridal gowns typically need some alterations to be a perfect fit for your special day. We do not offer alterations services after you have received your dress nor are they included in the price of your dress. We offer basic custom sizing using your bust, waist, height, and hollow-to-floor measurements before making to help reduce your potential alteration costs. We suggest you find a professional local tailor who can help you measure accurately.

*Please be aware that your gown may need additional alterations for a perfect fit by a tailor after you receive it and the buyer is responsible for these costs, because we are unable to do pre-fittings and each body proportions are unique. Though you’ve ordered based on your measurements and clothing size, It’s typical for a bride to have three to four fittings to get everything just right. Every dress should be altered, even if it's only a little, to ensure proper fit. Please make sure to leave room in your budget for them.

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the creation process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Once your order has been proceeded, it can no longer be cancelled.

International Shipping is usually 7-10days.
We can give you the approximate delivery date. Sometimes customs inspections, weather conditions can cause delays. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.

We will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed. Buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your charges for refused shipments. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.

*Returns:
As a honest seller, if your product arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped, please contact us in 3 days. However, if the item is not quality problem and faulty or it is made accordance with the size you ordered but does not fit, or just because you do not like it, sorry, please kindly note that we will not accept your return and refund.
